currently all consultations are held remotely via phone or telehealth.

a personalized protocol specific to your needs that may include:
Nutrition, diet, and supplements
flower essences and emotional well-being
lifestyle (including sleep and physical exercise and movement)
herbal formulation
rates:
in hopes of accessibility, and my commitment to herbal medicine, I offer a sliding scale of $70-$125/hour (does not include the cost of herbs).
intakes run 1-2 hours based on time agreement with clients.
follow ups around 45 minutes to an hour.
herbs are not included in hourly rate.
A free 15 minute consult is recommended before scheduling to make sure we’re a good fit and what i offer is in line with what you are looking for.
Flower Essence Consultations
$125/hour with a sliding scale option for those in need (does not include the cost of the flower essences).
